As a nod to his vacation & as his trip comes to an end, in today’s blog post we’ll be sharing an insight into his trip & how taking a break from the business world can be incredibly beneficial for your mental health. 

Making Your Mental Health A Priority & Knowing When It’s Time To Take A Break

Throughout his successful career, Myk has travelled to countless countries for both business & pleasure but has often found it difficult to split apart the two. But this time things were different & this is all down to him taking better care of his mental health & knowing when the time is right to step back from the craziness of running a business. 

& although he’s relaxed across the trip, he’s also kept to his habits & routines of swimming, hiking & working out at the gym to keep those endorphins flowing resulting in a healthy & positive mindset. 

Making these positive & motivational decisions during the break also allows him to come back & be raring to go when it comes to returning to normal working life. We’ve already made some impactful changes to the agency over the last few months & we know that these will only continue to improve upon Myk’s return. 

Onto the trip itself…
